As a Senior Manager on the ClientWorks team, you will be a part of a leading edge team that is on the forefront of taking new innovations and upgrades quickly. Our internal domains have high visibility to cutting edge development before any customer domains. Our US Sales domain will be the leading partner validation with IP for Millennium releases every quarter.

You will:
- Advise on complex domain strategy, guiding customers through interdependencies and decision impacts
- Lead change control process for supported domains
- Analyze domain stability and performance metrics, recommending improvement strategies to clients and organizational leaders
- Lead and facilitate stakeholder and project meetings, influencing domain strategy decisions and outcomes
- Troubleshoot complex issues, acting as an escalation point
- Drive cross-functional relationship across internal organizations and teams to promote and achieve domain objectives
- Contribute to internal team value
- Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution
- Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed
- Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where you advocate for your team, create accountability, and recognize accomplishments
- Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability and connect opportunities for your associates' development.
- Identify the right talent to achieve the desired results. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to accomplish objectives and align associates' skills to fill gaps.
You must have:
- Experience coordinating new product & correction installs
- Ownership of major upgrades
- Experience monitoring test events & issues investigations & escalations
- Project management experience
- Experience having direct reports
- Direct client facing customer services skills
- A creative mindset

US: Hiring Range: from $101,300 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
