Team Member Services Specialist
Location: Hillcrest Home Office (Bellevue, NE)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, In-Person
Pay: Starting at $20/hr, up to $24/hr with relevant experience

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for team member HR questions (benefits, payroll timing, policies, general HR support); research and resolve tickets promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding: background checks, I-9/E-Verify, new-hire paperwork, system setup, and orientation logistics in partnership with Recruiting and site leaders.
• Administer benefits enrollment and life-event changes; support open enrollment communications and troubleshooting.
• Support leave of absence processes (FMLA, ADA interactive process, personal/medical leaves), tracking documentation and status updates.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records (e.g., Dayforce): hires, terminations, transfers, status and pay changes, and audits for data integrity.
• Prepare routine reports and dashboards (headcount, turnover, compliance) and assist with ad-hoc analysis.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements (I-9, EEO, FLSA, HIPAA, COBRA) and Hillcrest policies; support internal audits.
• Partner with Payroll on timekeeping and pay questions; troubleshoot issues to timely resolution.
• Support engagement and recognition programs; assist with HR communications and special projects for the Home Office HR team.
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of HR, benefits, payroll, or HR operations experience (healthcare or multi-site environment preferred).
• Working knowledge of HR fundamentals and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, HIPAA, COBRA).
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience a plus) and Microsoft 365 (Excel/Sheets, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Physical/Other Requirements
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and work at a computer.
• Occasional travel within the Omaha metro to Hillcrest locations may be required.
• Successful background check and employment eligibility verification required.
