Clinical Assistant - PACE/Elderplace

The Clinical Assistant/Clinic Navigator is responsible for the flow of patients seen in the PACE centers. They coordinate room set-up and clean-up. Assists with obtaining vital signs, capillary blood glucose (CBG) results and other information needed for patient visits, completes labs requests, assists with the personal care of patients, and documents care given.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training Medical terminology training. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 
• 6 months Experience working within a healthcare clinic.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
