THE JOB:
As a part-time Poker Guest Representative, you will be at the heart of the action—welcoming players, managing game lists, and ensuring every guest has a smooth and exciting poker experience. From greeting guests with a friendly smile to handling transactions with accuracy and care, you’ll help create an atmosphere where players feel valued and engaged. By balancing efficiency, service, and integrity, you’ll set the stage for unforgettable moments in the Poker Room.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.75 an hour + tips

THE SCHEDULE:

Swing Shift | Part Time

5:30pm (earliest) - 4:30am (latest)

Schedule in 8-hour increments

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet guests as they enter the Poker Room and provide assistance with questions or requests
• Manage and run player lists to ensure fair and efficient game placement
• Register and pay out poker tournament players accurately and efficiently
• Perform front-line monetary transactions including chip bank and employee window transactions
• Communicate with Poker leadership to open/close games and support daily room operations
• Secure and document all recordable transactions, completing logs electronically and manually when required
• Build positive guest relationships while promoting the MGM Rewards program

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Holds a High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrates 1+ years of prior relevant work experience in high-volume cash handling experience
• Delivers excellent customer service with strong communication skills
