About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced male caregiver to provide dedicated support for a client with dementia. This position is ideal for someone with a patient, understanding nature and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with memory challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and companionship for the client.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare and serve meals, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
• Support medication management and follow care plans as directed.
• Engage the client in activities to promote cognitive and physical stimulation.
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment.
• Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with individuals with dementia.
• Ability to handle challenges related to dementia with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and transfers
• Must pass a background check.

Compensation: Competitive pay, based on experience.
