• Leading teams of quality inspectors at manufacturing plants and warehouses.

• Setting up projects and making sure customer standards are not just met — but exceeded.

• Coaching and training team members so they can bring their best every day.

• Building strong relationships with customers and acting as the go-to leader when needed.

• Rolling up your sleeves when necessary — inspecting parts, keeping paperwork accurate, and making sure equipment is ready to go.
