Concierge - Weekend Shift

Primary/Essential Duties

1. Receives and/or delivers shipments to residences
2. Backup office personnel by monitoring the area and assist with phone inquiries.
3. Reporting acts of vandalism, destruction of property and suspicious persons observed within the community to the On Site Manager or other designated supervisor
4. Assist onsite manager with hiring and training
5. Assist homeowners as needed to include deliver newspapers, distribute keys upon request and unit access with authorization
6. Greet homeowners and guests in a friendly and courteous manner
7. Coordinate special events or special projects as needed
8. Assist homeowners with problems with HOA services
9. Perform office duties to include answering phones, taking messages, providing information on units for rent or lease, maintaining established calendars
10. Maintain cleanliness of specific assigned areas noted by the onsite manager
11. Maintain checklists noted by the onsite manager
12. Other duties as assigned
13. Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
14. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
15. Up to one year related experience and/or training
16. Be able to work independently and in a team environment
17. Working knowledge of Word and Excel
18. Leadership skills
19. Strong written and oral communication skills

2. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
