THE JOB:
As a Bus Person at Starbucks, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the entire restaurant is clean and organized, including the dining room, storerooms, food pickup area, and beverage station. Your meticulous attention to cleanliness and adherence to stock standards will play a vital role in supporting our team and enhancing the overall guest experience. By maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, you will contribute to memorable dining moments for our guests. THE STARTING RATE: $20.1513 Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service

• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset.

• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles

• Maintain organization of back-of-the-house storage and spaces, including putting away warehouse and weekly orders.

• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed

• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris and that retail items and condiment stations are stocked.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 21+ years of age

• Preferably has 1+ years of experience as a busperson or food runner in a quick service setting.
