Our philosophy of providing high levels of customer service combined with top quality products and services has made us a leading force in the home services business.The Customer Service Rep is responsible for coordinating and scheduling a team of field service technicians in a fast-paced service organization in the HVAC industry. The position is responsible for maintaining an organized daily workflow, working with company resources to respond to customer requests, and ensuring that company revenue goals are achieved.
Responsibilities include the following:Daily scheduling of field service techniciansDirect interaction with customers in need of serviceAnswer in-bound callsMake outbound calls to schedule service and solicit customers for future businessDispatch technicians to jobsHelping team members with side tasksMaintain customer databaseProvide BEST IN CLASS customer serviceThis position is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in operations, customer service, or a future in management.
Candidates must also have the following:1 - 5 years of customer service experienceDesire to achieve goals, both personal and professionalHard work ethic and willingness to work OT when necessaryStrong team mentalityExperience in a customer service role where the phrase “customer first” was practiced dailyExperience with Service Titan system is a bonus
