Retail Store Manager

They manage performance, staffing, training, payroll, and building maintenance while developing strategies to meet sales goals. Store Managers are responsible for promoting a fun, exciting atmosphere by curating and hosting live music events for our community.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage all store staff, ensuring accountability and high performance</li> <li>Set and achieve sales goals through planning and team engagement</li> <li>Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations for employees</li> <li>Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of staff</li> <li>Manage employee issues and grievances</li> <li>Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues</li> <li>Analyze sales data to develop business strategies and report KPIs</li> <li>Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock counts</li> <li>Partner with Inventory Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain store presentation</li> <li>Support omni-channel sales and fulfillment processes</li> <li>Ensure daily operations, restocks, and store standards are consistently met</li> <li>Host monthly store events to boost sales and community presence</li> <li>Participate in open houses</li> <li>Attend local business organization meetings</li> <li>Foster relationships with local businesses and neighbors&nbsp;</li> <li>Seek out sponsorship for food and beverage</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills &amp; Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>People management experience is a must.</li> <ul> <li>Must be able to develop, coach, and be transparent with employees while holding the team accountable to rules and conduct in a respectful and professional manner&nbsp;</li> </ul> <li>3-5 years of experience managing in a similar role</li> <li>Positive, outgoing, and encouraging attitude!</li> <li>Professional appearance, must follow AVN presentation standards</li> <li>Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Attention to detail and organizational ability</li> <li>Analytical and computer skills</li> <li>Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays</li> </ul> <p><str
