Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive innovation and operational excellence in our global data center critical systems and integration. The Global Head of Data Center Integration Services will spearhead the transformation of our data center infrastructure, leading teams across multiple regions to implement next-generation technologies while ensuring robust facilities management. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to optimize our global data center operations and shape our future infrastructure strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global critical systems team and implementation across all data centers.

• Drive infrastructure modernization initiatives and technology refresh programs.

• Oversee capacity management and resource optimization across facilities.

• Develop and implement strategies to expand capacity while supporting business growth with limited resources.

• Innovate solutions to address data center density challenges, particularly with new equipment requiring higher density configuration.

• Manage business as usual (bau) activities, ensuring that facilities are maintained properly while maximizing uptime.

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, internal partners and vendors.

• Guide teams in adopting innovative solutions while maintaining operational stability.

• Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements.
