As a Global Partner PMO manager, you will lead the internal Global Project Management Office (PMO). You will provide strategic vision for global adoption of standardized project management methodologies. As the PMO manager you will oversee all projects across the ecosystem, and will be responsible tracking each project against scope, timeline and budget, you will be working closely with all leaders of the partner organization and would manage proactive communications.
This role will support and interact with a variety of Anaplan team members in a fast-paced, multifaceted (and fun!) business environment.
What you’ll do:
- Establish Project Governance Structure across Global Partner Org
- Develop and document standardized processes and procedures, including templates, project management practices, tools, etc.
- Orchestrate prioritization as per Strategic Business Objectives
- Forecast and Enable Resource Capacity Planning
- Project Manager to Streamline and Automate Processes and
Workflows
- Maximize Strategic Resource Utilization
- Program Manager for Partner Project Portfolio across Theaters
(Partner One list, initiatives)
- Facilitate Teamwork and Communication
- Management of external PM resources
Preferred qualifications and experience
- 5+ years of project management experience with proven ability to implement large cross functional projects according to scope, budget, and timeline
- 2+ years of experience of PMO leadership
- Solid experience constructing traditional frameworks for project management
- Experience collaborating globally across timelines and cultures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong familiarity with tools and software applications that support project management and project portfolio management.
- PMP or other related certification highly desirable.
