Education Department Administrative Specialist

Primary Function: The Education Department Administrative Specialist provides various administrative and technical activities for the education department. In collaboration with the Director of Education, the Education Department Administrative Specialist manages educational programs and projects, maintains databases, and serves as a resource to internal and external staff providing information on departmental procedures and activities and assuring customer service for affiliate students, faculty, and school representatives. Performs other administrative duties as necessary.
Job Qualifications and Specifications: Three to five years relevant administrative experience strongly preferred. Must be proficient in computer applications for word processing, spreadsheets, and database management. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required.
