Join Our Team as a Hotel Restaurant Busser!
Are you passionate about hospitality and dedicated to creating an exceptional dining experience? We’re looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Restaurant Busser to be part of our team! What You’ll Do:
Enhance the Guest Experience:
• Warmly greet guests and assist with seating.
• Clear tables efficiently between courses and after guests leave.
• Reset tables with clean tableware, napkins, condiments, and centerpieces.
• Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed.
• Provide attentive and courteous service to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Support the Restaurant Team:
• Assist servers by delivering food to tables.
• Monitor tables for guest needs and communicate effectively with servers.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors and wiping down tables.
• Keep service stations stocked with silverware, glassware, and plates.
• Help run food from the kitchen to tables as needed.

Maintain Cleanliness & Sanitation:
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Regularly clean beverage stations, tray stands, and high-traffic areas.
• Remove used dishes, glassware, and trash efficiently.
• Support dishwashing and back-of-house cleaning when necessary.

Collaborate with the Team & Assist Events:
• Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and clean-up for special events and banquets.
• Provide additional support during high-volume periods.

Follow Company Policies & Professionalism:
• Adhere to company policies, including attendance, meal breaks, uniform standards, and professionalism.
• Maintain a polished appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Follow all hotel health, safety, and cleanliness regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer Service: A friendly and service-oriented attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Physical Activities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs.
• Multitasking Skills: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Strong teamwork and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility: Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Upon hire, obtain and maintain Food Handler’s and Alcohol Service certifications as required by local laws.
