Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will ensure food quality, safety, and efficiency while managing kitchen staff and maintaining inventory. This role is crucial to delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities and staff.
• Ensure food is prepared to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
• Manage kitchen budgets and control food costs.
• Implement and maintain kitchen policies and procedures.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in inventory and cost management.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
