Business Consultant

The purpose of this role is to elicit and drives requirements at multiple levels of detail for our clients. This role should have a strong attention to detail and is entrusted with accurately documenting requirements and acceptance criteria for a project or solution. This role must be able to interface with the client, third-party vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve necessary outcomes.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
Drives requirements gathering processes with our clients and teams through written and verbal methods
Synthesises complex information into concise, readable, unambiguous written requirements
Communicates at very high level, both written and verbal, to both internal and external stakeholders
Validates incoming data attributes aligned with defined field values to ensure proper use cases are applied
Possesses higher-level understanding of database and data management concepts and principles
Applies quality assurance techniques and best practices
Demonstrates subject matter expertise on client solutions, with a basic understanding of our products and services, allowing for helping solution for our clients
