Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Coordinator to support our growing project management team in Washington, DC. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and helping projects run efficiently from start to finish. 

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in coordinating day-to-day project activities.
• Assist with project scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and update status reports.
• Help prepare materials, presentations, and meeting summaries.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and client activities.
• Monitor timelines and follow up on pending deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
