You’ll get to work alongside a strong team to design approaches for efficiently connecting data, apply diverse methods to uncover hidden patterns, and share data-driven narratives with a wide variety of audiences, including leaders, HR business partners, even the public.

Why Join Our People Analytics Team?

  • Innovate with Rich Data: We have a rich trove of meticulously maintained datasets, with millions of daily, automated quality checks.
  • Thrive in Diversity: Our team members all hail from different countries and non-HR disciplines, bringing a wealth of unique perspectives that drive our success.

  • Pioneer with Partners: Conduct groundbreaking research in collaboration with leading universities and innovative partners like wearable tech companies and AI developers.
  • Alumni Success Stories: Our alumni have advanced to head top-tier analytics teams, lead Total Rewards for billion dollar companies, and take on CHRO roles.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Consult with HR, executive, and cross-functional stakeholders to convert business challenges into accurate analyses and crisp insights.
  • Design and automate analytics processes to deliver compelling insights at scale.
  • Integrate and analyze complex datasets using diverse methods (e.g., survival analysis, machine learning, text analysis).
  • Evaluate the impact of programs, decisions, and events on our company’s talent and reputation.
  • Articulate data-driven narratives that vividly reflect key dynamics and deeply resonate with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Integrity: We’re uncompromising when it comes to doing what’s right and respecting employee data.
  • Analytical mindset (e.g., fluency in metrics and statistics, visualization, survey methodology, data management, etc.). We approach problems with humble curiosity to learn, explore, and mine the data for insights. We place a premium on accurate, replicable, and understandable analyses.
  • Desire to contribute: We’re a small team that has many opportunities to make significant contributions to our company’s important mission. Opportunities here are not bounded by your education degree, previous experience, etc.; only by the amount of effort you’re willing to put in to help our organization deliver on its mission.
  • Concise communication style, and an ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Efficiency, organization, and attention to impactful details.
  • BA or BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in People/HR analytics, business analytics, industrial/organizational psychology, consulting, or similar experience.
