Who You AreWe are seeking a visionary Salesforce AI Innovation Architect to lead the design, integration, and optimization of Artificial Intelligence within our Salesforce ecosystem. This role serves as the bridge between Salesforce platform architecture and enterprise AI initiatives, ensuring that our customer engagement, loan origination, and enterprise applications leverage the latest in intelligent automation, decisioning, and data-driven innovation. The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce expertise, a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, and proven experience in building scalable, compliant, and business-aligned solutions. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, requiring collaboration across engineering, data science, risk, compliance, and business teams.

What You'll Do

• AI-Driven Salesforce Strategy
• Define and drive the AI innovation roadmap within Salesforce, aligning platform capabilities with business goals.
• Identify high-value use cases where AI can transform customer experience, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Salesforce Architecture & Integration
• Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that integrate AI services (Einstein, Copado AI, Anthropic, OpenAI, FICO Blaze, Provenir, etc.).
• Lead the integration of AI agents and decisioning engines into Salesforce workflows and automation.
• Govern Salesforce data models, APIs, and integrations to ensure accurate, compliant AI execution.
• Innovation & Delivery
• Lead proofs of concept and pilots for AI-driven Salesforce capabilities (auto-decisioning, predictive lead scoring, intelligent case routing, etc.).
• Establish reusable AI design patterns and best practices for Salesforce development.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed AI into the SDLC—from requirements and QA to deployment.
• Governance & Compliance
• Ensure all AI implementations meet enterprise standards for security, auditability, and regulatory compliance (SOC2, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to validate AI fairness, explainability, and accountability.
• Collaboration & Leadership
• Serve as the Salesforce-AI subject matter expert for engineering leadership and business executives.
• Mentor architects and engineers on scalable AI adoption and best practices.
• Partner with Data & AI teams to seamlessly integrate models into Salesforce applications.

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in an Architect role (Technical, Solution, or Enterprise).
• Expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies (Salesforce Einstein, Copado AI, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of integration frameworks (MuleSoft, Azure APIM, REST/SOAP, event-driven architecture).
• Proven record of delivering AI-enabled Salesforce solutions at scale.
