We're on a mission to make it possible for every person, team, and company to be able to tailor their software to solve any problem and take on any challenge. Computers may be our most powerful tools, but most of us can't build or modify the software we use on them every day. At Notion, we want to change this with focus, design, and craft.

We've been working on this together since 2016, and have customers like Pixar, Mitsubishi, Figma, Plaid, Match Group, and thousands more on this journey with us. Today, we're growing fast and excited for new teammates to join us who are the best at what they do. Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).

About The Role:

At Notion, we believe that pets are more than just cute companions — they're the heartbeat of our in-office culture. And we’re looking for one spectacular pet to step up as our founding CPO: Chief Pet Officer.

As Chief Pet Officer, you'll be the paw-sitive force that keeps the rest of our in-office pets happy. You'll need to be a master of networking with other pets, know how to keep a great vibe in the office, and be the key animal liaison for pet-owner relations at Notion.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate. You're a team paw-layer. You know that the best ideas often come from a good game of tug-of-war or a collaborative nap session.
• Plan. You're a paw-fessional when it comes to planning your day. You know the best times for walks, naps, and snacks, and you're an expert at fitting in a game of chase-the-laser without missing a beat.
• Play. You're not afraid to paw-sh the boundaries. A new toy, a different walking route, or a strange sound — you're always ready to investigate and try new experiences.
• Socialize. You're a paw-pular pet who's always making new friends. Whether it's at the dog park, the vet, or just on a walk, you're always ready to expand your network.
• Model. You've got a paw-fect sense of style, whether it's choosing the best spot to take a nap or the perfect way to arrange your toys. You're a trendsetter, and you know how to make a statement.

What We're Looking For:

• Must love to play: As our Chief Pet Officer, your love for play will help keep the team's spirits high and foster a fun, collaborative environment.
• Excellent at following and giving commands: We need a pet who's not only good at following orders, but also willing to be the head of the pack. You love to roll over, but you’re never a pushover.
• Gets along well with others: It's important that our Chief Pet Officer is friendly and sociable, to help maintain an inclusive office culture amongst pets.
• Adaptable to new environments: The ability to stay calm and comfortable in a range of settings is a key trait for our Chief Pet Officer, as it helps to keep the team grounded and focused.
