We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and relationships are nurtured. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing any concerns or inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
Track and report on client account performance and progress.
Identify opportunities for additional services or solutions that can benefit clients.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients in a timely and professional manner.
Provide regular updates and communication with clients regarding project statuses.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
A proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience in client account management is preferred, but not required.
