Senior Principal Cloud Consultant, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM - Employee Lifecycle (Core HR, Absence Management)

Oracle North America Applications Consulting is hiring a senior functional consultant who has expertise around Employee Lifecycle and experience leading Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management implementations. 

This consultant will lead the customer through the project life cycle, with focus on leading practice process adoption.  In addition:

• Leads client meetings
• Facilitates productive discussions, and drives decisions.
• Leads the creation of functional designs, configuration workbooks, and the configured Oracle HCM Cloud solution.
• Coordinates design and configuration with other functional leads across the Oracle Cloud HCM implementation scope. 
• Guides client to develop an appropriate organization design for the client’s business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• End-to-end full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management implementation experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Optional experience with other Oracle Cloud HCM modules allows for a more cross-functional project role.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
