We are looking for a Senior Human Resource Generalist. 

This hands-on role will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to multiple businesses across the US and Internationally in the areas of employee relations, talent management, culture, change management, organizational effectiveness, and lead the successful implementation of people processes for the teams. This role will also be responsible to run and manage talent reports and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement in our talent and culture.

Accountabilities

Employee Relations:

  • Respond to and manage employee relations issues; coach employees and managers on performance management and execution of performance improvement plans; build and foster an environment of trust.

Talent Management:

  • Assist in creating direction and partner with management to design and implement talent management plans that address organizational needs (succession planning, leadership & team development, etc.)

Benefits and Payroll:

  • Knowledge of Payroll and Benefits regulations and administrative requirements.

HR Program Management:

  • Ensure successful administration and implementation of key HR programs (e.g., sales incentive plans) to ensure compliance and consistency across the org while fostering employee engagement.

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources generalist experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience. 
  • Strong HR experience supporting talent management, Benefit administration, employee relations, and change management.
  • Evidence of personal initiative to drive toward results is critical.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must possess a sense of urgency, take initiative, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand, run and analyze data and reports.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
