Junior Project Manager/Coordinator

Endeavor Consulting Group is seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager/Coordinator for our client, a major pharmaceuticals manufacturer. In this role, you will work closely with senior project managers and stakeholders to support the successful execution of projects. As a Junior Project Manager/Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in project planning, coordinating project activities, and ensuring effective communication among team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing project plans and timelines
• Coordinate project activities and tasks
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy
• Support the communication and collaboration among project team members
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Assist in managing project resources and budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in project management or coordination within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Ability to work well in a team environment
