About the role

About The Role

Peloton is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly confidential Administrative Business Partner (ABP) to serve as a critical operational guide for the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Communications Officer (CCO).

Reporting directly to the CCO, you'll be an integral member of both the Marketing and Communications teams. Your primary mission is to amplify the executives' effectiveness by mastering time management, streamlining decision-making, and owning day-to-day administrative and programmatic operations. This role demands a trusted partner with exceptional judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to seamlessly manage a diverse set of priorities.

Your Daily Impact

You will significantly increase the bandwidth of the CMO and CCO by anticipating needs and proactively managing operational flow.

  • Executive Time & Priority Alignment: Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner by managing complex domestic and international travel and meticulously controlling both executives' calendars. You'll ensure their time is ruthlessly aligned with core business priorities, eliminating conflicts, and protecting their focus.
  • Operational & Meeting Management: Take full ownership of planning, organizing, and executing high-stakes internal and external meetings (including Town Halls and external media partner coordination). This includes scheduling, managing logistics (agendas, catering, room booking), taking comprehensive meeting notes, and proactively delegating and scheduling follow-ups to maintain accountability.
  • Confidential Business Support: Handle highly sensitive matters with utmost confidentiality and discretion, especially those impacting global operations. You'll also manage all financial administration, including preparing detailed expense reports, processing vendor invoicing, executing contingent worker contracts, and purchase requisitions.
  • Stakeholder & Culture Hub: Serve as an extension of the CCO and CMO by building and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives, ABPs, cross-functional teams, agency partners, and vendors. You will actively support and foster an inclusive culture by coordinating organization-wide activities and communications.
  • Strategic Project Execution: Lean in on project management for ad-hoc initiatives, supporting the overall efficiency and management of the executives and their lead teams to alleviate bandwidth constraints and streamline workflows.

You Bring To Peloton

You are a proactive, emotionally intelligent self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Experience & Judgment: 7+ years of experience in a similar role directly supporting C-level executives. You have a strong business sense, enabling you to decipher priorities, make sound judgment calls, and skillfully protect executive time.
  • Operational Excellence: Highly organized and thoughtful with demonstrated experience prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously. You possess strong customer service skills and can function effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with a flexible and adaptable schedule.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient with the Google G Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office, and modern communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
  • Emotional & Cultural Intelligence: Diligent, self-aware, and adept at intuiting needs while comfortably setting boundaries.
