GI Registered Nurse – Join Our Rockstar Endo Team!
Location: Missouri
Status: Full-time | On-call rotation | Critical care required
Specialty: Gastroenterology Procedures
Are you a compassionate, sharp-thinking RN with a love for fast-paced, hands-on care? Do you thrive in the middle of the action and want to be part of a specialized team that really makes a difference? If so — we want you on our GI squad!
We’re looking for a skilled and confident Registered Nurse to assist with a wide range of GI procedures, from liver biopsies to pill cams to emergency paracentesis. This is more than bedside nursing — it’s dynamic, high-tech, collaborative care, working alongside some of the best gastroenterologists around.
You’ll be with patients every step of the way — pre-procedure, during the procedure, and post-care. You’ll also be the go-to for monitoring sedation, keeping equipment prepped and running smoothly, and responding with confidence in emergencies.
What You’ll Do:
Support and care for patients before, during, and after GI procedures.
Assist in procedures like endoscopy, liver biopsy, manometry, 24-hour pH monitoring, pill cam, and more.
Administer moderate sedation and monitor patient safety and comfort.
Set up and operate specialized GI equipment (don’t worry, we’ll train you on the cool stuff!).
Be part of the on-call team for after-hours and weekend procedures.
Take the lead in emergency situations — your calm under pressure is essential.
Keep things clean, safe, and ready to roll — equipment, records, and everything in between.
What You’ll Need:
ADN or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
RN license in Missouri (required and in good standing).
BCLS and ACLS certified (we love a nurse who’s always prepared).
2+ years of critical care or high-acuity experience (ICU, CCU, PACU, ED, or GI).
Independent, team-focused, and ready for anything the day throws at you.
Bonus Points For:
Previous GI or Endoscopy experience.
BSN-prepared nurses.
A sense of humor, solid nerves, and a strong stomach.
Why You'll Love It Here:
Work closely with amazing gastroenterologists and a supportive RN team.
No two days are the same — variety, challenge, and growth await.
Make a tangible impact in procedures that change lives.
A team that has your back — you’re never alone in the GI suite.
If you’re ready to scrub in, step up, and make a real impact — apply today and join a team where clinical excellence meets GI adventure!
