The Job:
As a Sr Analyst, Business Analysis, you’ll be part of our Corporate Information Technology team working as a remote employee.
You’ll get to:
- Analyze and map business processes, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Elicit, define, and document business and IT requirements to support digital project management and transformation initiatives.
- Lead digital projects from initiation to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, operations, etc.).
- Partner with stakeholders to identify, define, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop business cases, cost/benefit analyses, and ROI assessments for proposed solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validating solution effectiveness and user satisfaction.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews, document detailed specifications and user stories.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and resolve technical or business issues as they arise.
- Provide subject matter expertise in business process analysis, IT solution alignment, and change management.
- Create and deliver user documentation, training materials, and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Support post-implementation reviews, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Track and report on project KPIs, deliverables, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
The Person:

- Extensive experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools (preferably as a site or enterprise admin).
- Knowledge of system integration, computing environments, and enterprise architecture.
- Familiarity with web analytics, databases, web security, and digital delivery best practices.
- Experience with DNS, networking, and mail delivery security.
- Perform advanced data analysis, data wrangling, visualization, and integration with various data sources.
- Experience with customer end-user data mapping, migration, data retention, privacy regulation (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and compliance.
- Understanding of API design, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years relevant experience or master’s degree with 3 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of software development, project management, architecture, and problem-solving.
