We will look to you to support transformation of their processes so that they unleash the potential of the Reckitt R&amp;D teams through technology. </span></p> <p><span>You’ll get to make an impact like never before, neither in Reckitt nor across FMCG market. </span></p> <p><span><br/></span><span>You’ll be responsible for supporting Product Manager and Team in realising the product strategy through incremental improvements to the product, designing business scenarios and use cases. You’ll also partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, document, and manage product requirements. You’ll collaborate with Product Team members to elaborate those requirements and test whether they are satisfactorily fulfilled by a product increment. You’ll enable product adoption by delivering product training to end users or other relevant stakeholders (e.g., support teams).</span></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><span>Working with detailed oriented stakeholders with high expectations regarding quality and effectiveness of deliverables which products will bring; you will have the ability to operate with ambiguity in matrix structures (including people from different countries and companies) with a high sense of achievement through getting things done. You’re commercially astute and adept at interpreting complex data into easily understood communications and requirements for business and technical teams. You’re evangelical about technology and can articulate the benefits to both IT and non-technical colleagues alike. You listen carefully, building trust and simplifying complex topics. Above all, you’re a leader who knows possibilities of AI, have proactive approach, can motivate team and stakeholders, and is keen to find new ways to drive lasting benefits.</span></p> <p> </p><h2>Your responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><span>Elaboration, analysis, documentation, and testing (defines functional test protocols and monitor tests) of product requirements (e.g., features, user stories).</span></li> <li><span>Preparation and delivery of product user guides and training materials to end users and support teams.</span></li> <li><span>Design of business scenarios, process flows, and use cases to maximise product adoption/value.</span></li> <li><span>Identification of relevant security, architectural, legal regulations, compliance requirements that need to be adhered to as part of AI product development and industry best practices.</span></li> <li><span>Liaises with the Product Team and the business community to elaborate product requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Supports the Product Manager with the development and execution of the product strategy.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop bespoke analytical models which satisfy business needs.</span></li> <li><span>Co-ordinates with UX/UI Designers, Architects and Platform Team Members to align on product requirements.</span></li> <li><span>Writes prompts and guides development team (functionally).</span></li> <li><span>Maintains a working relationship with selected vendors/suppliers involved in the delivery of development, testing, and support services.</span></li> <li><span>Defines KPIs/ tests protocols
