COA Older Adult Programs & Events Coordinator

The CoA (Coming of Age) Older Adult Programs & Events Coordinator is a highly motivated, organized individual who has the drive and passion to connect and engage with the older adult population. This is a part-time, in-person position, scheduled for 25-27 hours per week.

Core Responsibilities:

• Help develop, plan, and implement trips, lectures, classes, and other programs and events for older adults.
• Assist CoA Director in researching, coordinating and scheduling guest speakers, performers, and films, as well as finding monthly excursion destinations, including theatres, museums, and other cultural sites.
• Fulfill administrative duties and responsibilities, including:
  • Maintaining registrations, rosters, payments, and mailing lists.
  • Submitting program and marketing requests through CRM database (Salesforce).
• Work in partnership with marketing department to promote and publicize programs.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and surveys.
• Assist in organizing special community events, including overnight trips.
• Travel for programs, meetings, and multi-day events, as required.
• Provide a friendly, inclusive, service-oriented environment for all participants.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed, required, or assigned.
