Position Summary/Purpose:
The University Event Services – Campus Scheduling Assistant (FWS/NFWS) position is an administrative role which coordinates data/information, tasks, activities, workflow and/or processes for the Campus Scheduling Department.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/Essential Functions:
1. Assist in prioritizing, planning, scheduling, arranging, and executing details for events or meetings including logistical requirements scheduled by campus departments.
2. Monitor and process various campus department contact/request information and data through related forms and documents.
3. Under general direction, collaborate scheduling calendar with University Event Services – Event Coordinators and Director on assignment and event logistics. 4. Workflow involves monitoring, posting, and processing various data, forms, documents, contracts, reports, and other information as specified/necessary. '
5. Other duties as assigned.

- Prior administrative/office work experience preferred.
Experience/Education:

• Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
• Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
• Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.

Pay Rate: Minimum Wage
