Heartview Foundation is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and ensuring smooth office operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist patients, family members, and visitors with a warm and welcoming presence.
• Answered phone calls and supported visitors with inquiries.
• Complete patient check-ins, process paperwork, and take payments.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and admissions teams.
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties to keep the office running efficiently.
• Maintain a professional and clean reception area.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Six months of reception or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
