This position is for a Customrer Service Agent.  The CSA will work closely with internal groups, RSMs, Dealers, and Customers from quote to delivery of product.  The duties will include but not limited to creating quote files, confirmation calls to RSMs and Customers, verification and confirmation of required documents, verifying information in Integra, purchase order entry, handling customer calls or directing them to approriate parties, create part numbers in MRP system, process delivery date changes, create documents for customer use, create title transfers, work with accountg to resolve credit/invoice issues and customer setups, and track shipments.

 

Must be customer service oriented with a positive attitude, team player, work independently, great communication and follow- skills, organized, and ready to work.  The associate will need to be able to work in a high volume and fast paced environment.  Strong working knowledge of comuter and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
