<span>Do you know <b>askblue</b>?<br/> <br/> We were born in 2013, and we provide services in the field of information technology.<br/> <br/> We are looking for an<b> Mid Senior Mobile Android </b>to join our company in one of our projects, in <b>Lisbon</b>.<br/> <br/> <b>Tasks:</b></span> <ul> <li><span>Own features end<span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">‑</span>to<span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">‑</span>end: discovery, technical design, implementation, testing, release, and monitoring.</span></li> <li><span>Build modern, performant Android apps using Kotlin (and Java where relevant) with Jetpack Compose, Android Jetpack components, and Material Design 3.</span></li> <li><span>Design and implement scalable app architectures (Clean Architecture, MVVM) with a strong focus on SOLID principles.</span></li> <li><span>Integrate RESTful APIs (and WebSockets where needed); manage local persistence (SQL) and offline<span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">‑</span>first experiences.</span></li> <li><span>Ensure app performance, reliability, accessibility; instrument analytics and crash reporting (e.g., Firebase).</span></li> <li><span>Write robust automated tests (unit, integration, and UI with JUnit); maintain high code quality.</span></li> <li><span>Own the CI/CD pipeline: set up and maintain pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI), Gradle automation, and release automation.</span></li> <li><span>Manage Google Play Console releases: app signing/keystore management, versioning, internal/alpha/beta/production tracks, staged rollouts.</span></li> <li><span>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile development.</span></li> <li><span><span lang="en-us" xml:lang="en-us">You engage in concepts like pair and mob programming, code reviews, TDD and BDD.
