Job Description

Oxfam seeking Business Applications Manager in Boston, MA:

Responsible for the technology landscape of the organization, which includes IT infrastructure and Business Applications. Duties include: Provides thought leadership to the Technology and Information Management (TIM) team in assessing use of software and its business needs; Partners with Business to collaborate in defining and executing the business strategy; Holds a leadership role in TIM, supporting both the short-term and the long-term strategic plan of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in consultation with Enterprise Architect; Maintains relationships with relevant vendors, building knowledge of product releases and product map; Act as the embodiment of the agile mentality; lead teams in iterative product development using lean principles and a quality-first approach to development; Develop Unit4 Business World Forms, workflows and Reports; Build Integrations between HCM (ADP, Smart Recruiters, Talent Quest) and ERP (Unit4 Business World) using Rest API’s, Unit4 Extension Kit and Azure Logic Apps; and. Building Power BI reports, Dashboards and maintaining Power BI Infrastructure. Position will supervise one System Analyst.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree), and 2 years experience performing project management for ERP or cloud-based systems for non-profit humanitarian organization or economic development organization. 

Experience must include the following, which may be gained concurrently:

1. 2 years of experience gathering business requirements and performing technology project management;
2. 2 years of experience implementing ERP systems;
3. 2 years of experience building system integrations between HCM (ADP, Smart Recruiters, Talent Quest) and ERP (Unit4 Business World) using Rest API’s, Unit4 Extension Kit and Azure Logic Apps.
4. 2 years of experience developing Unit4 Business World Forms, workflows and reports;
5. 2 years of experience building Power BI reports, Dashboards and maintaining Power BI Infrastructure; 
6. 2 years of experience documenting technical user requirements and converting into software design specifications;
7. 2 years of experience using SQL software.

Worksite: 226 Causeway Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA 02114. Full-time. May telecommute from commuting distance to Boston, Massachusetts, in accordance with the company’s flexible working policy.

Salary range: $113,547/ year to $125,000/ year
