Summary:

The Associate Director will serve as the critical conduit between our internal stakeholders – especially brand, omnichannel marketing teams – and GenAI Content Hub. This role will be especially critical over the course of a brand’s integration, as well as a times of critical changes for those stakeholders at times after integration, such as when the content hub is launching an important new capability. Success in this role means that the content hub is well-represented with our stakeholders, but also that the needs of our stakeholders are well represented to the content hub, laying the foundation for long-term partnership.

Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Own and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, especially brand and OCx teams, to help teams just beginning their journey with Mosaic to see and imagine the potential and guide them as they onboard.
  • Escalation Management: Anticipate and resolve obstacles to successful activation, facilitating quick problem-solving with relevant stakeholders and clarifying responsible parties for resolution.
  • Vendor and Partner Collaboration: Work closely partner and vendor teams associated with content hub, helping ensure that brand and OCx needs are represented with our partners and that feasible action is taken continuously improve ability to meet their needs in line with BMS objectives.
  • Communication and Storytelling Experience: Partner closely with change management teams on the construction and delivery of key messages at major milestone events and key activation workshops with internal stakeholders and senior leads.
  • Senior Leadership Engagement: Provide regular updates and appropriate escalations and support requests to senior leaders in both WCx and within brand teams or other relevant stakeholder organizations.
  • Capability & Service Evolution: Lead the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of Mosaic content & production capabilities & services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, agency account management, marketing, or content hub management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing offshore and onsite teams, preferably in a global content or marketing environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in tracking performance metrics, analyzing data insights, and leveraging analytics to improve operational efficiency.
  • Working knowledge of AI/GenAI tools and their application in content creation, personalization, and process automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing compliance, including MLR processes, in a regulated industry (pharmaceutical or healthcare experience preferred).

Compensation Overview:

Princeton - NJ - US: $164,480 - $199,315
