We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Integration & Transformation Program Director.
Languages: Fluent English required; German fluency is a strong advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level leadership for the cross-border integration of Dentsu group companies in the CEE and DACH regions.
Define and execute an end-to-end transformation roadmap, including process harmonization, systems alignment, organizational redesign, and cultural integration.
Lead and manage a high-performing team of Project Managers and business units, fostering collaboration, capability development, and delivery excellence.
Establish and oversee governance models, ensuring effective tracking of workstream progress, value realization, and alignment with strategic milestones.
Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders, including market CEOs, functional heads, and Group leadership, to drive engagement and alignment.
Resolve program-level challenges and risks, facilitate executive decision-making, and ensure program transparency across stakeholders.
Integrate and synchronize efforts across multiple domains (e.g., operations, finance, HR, legal, tech, brand), acting as the unifying leader across regions.
Ensure robust change management strategies, focusing on adoption, communication, and sustained behavioral and cultural shift.
Own program budget planning and resource allocation across markets.
Report directly to the CEO CE.
Profile & Experience:
10+ years of progressive experience in program leadership roles with a strong focus on business transformation, integration, or restructuring projects.
Solid background in at least two of the following areas: management consulting, M&A integration, operational restructuring, organizational transformation, or business process reengineering.
Proven experience in managing and developing diverse project management teams in matrixed and multicultural environments.
Demonstrated success in leading high-impact, multi-country initiatives within complex organizational structures – ideally within media, marketing, or digital industries.
Formal project/program management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, SAFe) is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and strategic communication techniques.
Experience in strategy development or implementation projects in geographically and culturally diverse environments
