SUMMARY

The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including storing and delivering products to locations within the airport. Key tasks include picking, packing, delivering orders, and organizing inventory. To succeed in this role, the individual must be able to perform all essential duties effectively. Additional duties, assignments, and special projects may be assigned by Warehouse Management or the Skyport Hospitality Operations Team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Safely and Accurately Receiving and storing product in appropriate areas.

·       Safely and accurately receive, store, and organize products in designated warehouse areas.

·       Use the Automated Requisition System to fulfill location needs (training provided).

·       Pick and transport products using carts, two-wheelers, or pallets.

·       Deliver inventory to assigned stores or storage areas using approved equipment (e.g., two-wheeler, rolling cart, or motorized cart).

·       Perform inventory control and provide store support activities as needed.

·       Depending on the schedule, focus may shift between receiving, selection and delivery, inventory control, or store support; cross-training is provided to ensure the ability to perform all general warehouse functions.

·       Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation procedures to protect product and ensure customer safety.

·       Stay current on required training related to airport badging, driving privileges, and security protocols.

·       Selected individuals are responsible for driving the vehicles around authorized areas loading/unloading various products into and out of company facilities.

·       Able to follow all company, airport, and regulatory guidelines and procedures.

·       Proficient in basic math (addition, subtraction, and fractions).

·       Comfortable working in crowded and dynamic environments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·       Must be able to pass a 10-year TSA criminal background check

·       High School diploma or equivalent

·       6+ months of related experience preferred

·       Familiarity in inventory procedures preferred

·       Pallet jack and picking experience a plus
