PowerCo Spain is at an exhilarating phase of its journey, ramping up cell manufacturing in Valencia. This period marks a significant transformation, requiring the standardization of HR processes and the inception of innovative health and canteen systems from the ground up.
How you will CELLebrateAs the HR Projects & Process Expert, you are central to PowerCo Spain's transition from start-up to an established operational phase. Your expertise will oversee the standardization of HR processes, and spearhead the development of an innovative canteen system and a comprehensive health system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of HR projects, aligning with company milestones.
- Standardize HR processes across the organization for consistency and efficiency.
- Initiate and manage the creation of sustainable canteen and catering systems.
- Collaborate in developing a holistic health system for PowerCo Spain.
- Establish communication channels with internal and external stakeholders for project coordination.
- Update C-level executives on HR milestones and progress.
- Develop blueprints for HR projects and processes for future implementation.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in consulting and PMO functions focusing on HR projects.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Spain's "mancomunado" or health system.
- Advanced certification in Program or Project Management.
- Experience working with local government bodies.
- Proven stakeholder management skills, especially with C-level executives.
- Strategic alignment with the company's value proposition.
- Experience steering and controlling significant initiatives.
- Adaptability in multicultural or international settings.
