Job Title: Trimble Aftermarket Portfolio Manager

Job Summary
As our Trimble Aftermarket Portfolio Manager you will have a passion for ensuring that Trimble (Aftermarket) customers are supported in all aspects of the product life cycle. You will work with both CTCT and Trimble employees, as well as the customer, to determine the market problems that need to be solved in order to ensure Trimble success in providing grading and loading solutions into their SITECH and other dealer channels. The Trimble Aftermarket Portfolio Manager will help develop the product roadmap in collaboration with the Trimble Product Teams, the Joint Venture Parents and the other Portfolio Managers. Your core purpose will be to lead by example and be the voice of business for Trimble within CTCT, putting them at the center of all we do.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be joining the team in an exciting growth phase and we will be looking for you to hit the ground running. Serving as a key conduit between Trimble and the CTCT Product Group, you will use your exceptional communication and diplomacy skills to ensure the success of the CTCT portfolio to enable Trimble to not only win in the market, but help shape the industry.
Own the translation and representation of Trimble’s Aftermarket grading and loading requests and their respective priority. This combines the needs of grading and loading into a single aftermarket view to best serve Trimble Aftermarket needs.
Provide problem statements, objectives, hypotheses, money stories, and expected outcomes, that you will deliver to the CTCT Product Teams to ensure the Trimble Aftermarket business will be as successful as possible with the growing portfolio of CTCT products over their lifecycle.
Competently employ Aha! as the source of truth in the representation of the above.
Work in collaboration with Trimble OEM along with Trimble and Caterpillar Group Portfolio Managers to ensure clear Connect and Scale opportunities are able to be leveraged in Aftermarket solutions.
Exercise utmost confidentiality while working in a cross organizational environment to protect the IP and anonymity of both Parents as well as CTCT.
Ensure adherence to the CTCT MOU, SOW’s, and MGPP.
Work in a worldwide team taking guidance from Managers and Directors with key directives to help shape the MGPP and Long Range Plan (LRP) of CTCT.
Use data to prioritize and deliver the best possible solution for our customers and assist Trimble with successful product launches, sales, adoption, and usage.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Ability to develop strong relationships within Trimble and key partners
Foster a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation throughout the product lifecycle in partnership with engineering and user experience leaders
Communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders, both internally and externally
Guide the adoption of OKR alignment and use of dashboards to track and measure success
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Conduct market research, including customer site visits where appropriate, and share that information widely to seed understanding
Stay current with industry trends and market insights to inform product strategy
Experience working in a collaborative global team with cultural differences
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Travel (including international) approximately 25%
Growth minded self-starter with demonstrated passion for the business
Having a flexible approach to working in a changing environment

Our division develops machine control products that use site design information combined with positioning technology to semi-automatically control machines. These products are used in a range of applications to enable a machine operator to perform their work safely, accurately, efficiently, sustainably and effectively through the use of sophisticated yet intuitive user-centric technology.
