Senior Tactical & Operations Material Planner

About the Role

In the role of Tactical & Operational Supply planner you will become part of the new European S&OP Hub, where you together with the Supply planning team, will be responsible for creating and maintaining the supply plan for several OpCos. You and the team of four fellow supply planners, will be instrumental in delivering HEINEKENs local- and regional ambitions and drive excellent product availability, while optimizing supply chain cost. You will be in the lead for developing the OpCo supply plan, and drive decision making through coordination and collaboration with OpCo stakeholders.

 

Your Role Responsibilities:

• In the lead for creating the OpCo supply plan, balancing constraints to achieve optimal results
• Coordination and collaboration with OpCo stakeholders as the key contact for all Supply planning questions
• Track local OpCo product availability and inventory levels vs targets
• Contribute to S&OP meetings in preparation of analytics, scenarios & risks / opportunities
• Coordination and collaboration with the Senior Supply Planner Europe and NPI planner Europe
• Support continuous improvement and capability building in the Supply planning function

 

Your Experience and Behaviours

• Strong understanding of supply planning, scheduling 
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships and trust with a good cultural awareness
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Action oriented change maker with a “Can-do” mentality
• Experience with advanced planning tools
• At least 2 years work experience in planning in the consumer goods industry
