Looking to start your career in equipment maintenance? Ideal is hiring Entry Level Technicians to help keep our trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment running smoothly.

Requirements

• Perform basic maintenance like oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks
• Inspect equipment and report any issues
• Keep your work area safe and organized
• Work with a great team in a busy shop environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of mechanical/ maintenance experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
• Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)
• Must provide your own tools
• Able to work in a hands-on, physical role
