Join us and help shape the future of</p><p>aerospace and defense.</p><p></p><p>External candidates will receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Assemble and repair a variety of electronic units using prescribed repair techniques.</p></li><li><p>Identify correct parts, components, wires, and materials needed for assembly and repair.</p></li><li><p>Solder electronic components using industry-standard techniques and tools.</p></li><li><p>Remove suspect and failed components and install new components accurately.</p></li><li><p>Operate assembly machines and ensure proper functioning.</p></li><li><p>Measure, mix, and apply chemicals and adhesives according to safety and operational guidelines.</p></li><li><p>Read and interpret technical data including component maintenance manuals, assembly instructions, and engineering prints.</p></li><li><p>Communicate work status to team members and support staff, ensuring seamless workflow.</p></li><li><p>Document clear and concisely and maintain accurate records.</p></li><li><p>Utilize computer skills and office software applications.</p></li><li><p><b>2nd Shift</b>: Monday – Friday, 2:30 - 10:30 pm</p></li><li><p><b>Training Schedule:</b> Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm for ~60 days.</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>Work Environment</b></p><ul><li><p>You may occasionally need to provide weekend and holiday support to meet customer needs.</p></li><li><p>In your role, you will be exposed to: Products of various weights and sizes, Equipment with moving parts, Chemicals that may emit fumes.</p></li><li><p>To minimize safety risk to you and product, you must wear static-control and personal protective equipment.</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>Physical Demands</b></p><ul><li><p>Due to the nature of our work, you will need to be able to perform the following functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.</p></li><li><p>Distinguishing colors and meeting vision requirements.</p></li><li><p>Bending, stooping, reaching, turning as needed to place units in test stands, pick up totes, place units on rack, etc.</p></li><li><p>Using hands for extended periods of time to perform testing and troubleshooting tasks (e.g. grasping, holding, picking, placing, twisting, fine manipulation).</p></li><li><p>Must be able to stand for 2 hour increments without an opportunity to sit.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to lift 25 pounds.</p></li><li><p>Transporting product with or without product carts.</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>What You Will Learn</b></p><ul><li><p>Enhance your skills in precision assembly and soldering techniques.</p></li><li><p>Gain insights into reading and interpreting complex technical data and engineering prints.</p></li><li><p>Learn best practices in chemical handling and workplace safety.</p></li><li><p>Develop effective communication and teamwork skills within a collaborative environment.</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>Qualifications You Must Have</b></p><ul><li><p>Typically requires a HS Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience or in the absence of a HS Diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience.</p></li></ul><p><br/><b>Qualifications We Prefer</b></p><ul><li><p>Certification of IPC Class III Solder Exam.</p></li><li><p>Experience with electronic assembly.</p></li><li><p>Experience in the aerospace industry.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><p></p><p><b>Benefits: </b></p><p>Some of our competitive benefits package includes:   </p><ul><li><p>Medical, dental, and vision <span>insurance  </span></p></li><li><p>Three weeks of vacation for newly hired <span>employees  </span></p></li><li><p>Generous 401(k) plan that
