The Business Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include administrative responsibilities such as leadership travel/expense management, calendar coordination, new hire onboarding/exit; department activities and assisting with presentation material. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the business functions in a seamless and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Directly supports a Director (C15) level manager and generally provides support for an entire department.
- Manages day to day calendar(s) of senior management; arranges meetings and secure meeting rooms.
- Arrange conferences, meeting, events as required by the Unit; establishes priorities on behalf of manager and/or team.
- Coordinates travel arrangements, prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel.
- May prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings.
- Handles sensitive materials, maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality.
- Act as a support coordinator for administrative functions and a source of information for various departments and keep each unit up-to-date on the activities of the others
- Maintain and monitor records of information pertaining to finance, business, head count, budgets, audits, reconciliation, payments, customer experience etc
- Create and maintain a common framework across units, in partnership with other business coordinators.
- Assist departments with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination of events such as senior leadership visits.
- Assist with various project management components, as requested.
- Contribute to key business projects and initiatives across business units.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years’ experience
- Proven relationship management skill
- Previous office administration experience, preferably within a large complex financial services or similar organization.
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$59,200.00 - $82,600.00
