Offering quality brands like Rehlko (formerly KOHLER®) and Atlas Copco, the PSW team provides new equipment, service, parts, and rental power solutions for data center, industrial, commercial, municipal, and residential facilities that require emergency generator back-up power.
Our Territory Manager is responsible for developing business-to-business relationships within the assigned market to promote and sell all Rehlko and Power Systems West’s products and services. Responsibilities include prospecting potential customers, managing existing customer relationships, and traveling to customer locations to sell and promote Rehlko products. This requires finding sales opportunities, contacting potential customers, and closing the sale with the customer. This role requires a balance of construction and electrical knowledge as well as a detail-oriented mindset, to ensure all aspects of a job are captured. A significant part of this role will also be spent entertaining customers to develop and nurture existing relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop new business through sales calls, organizing sales visits and other activities.
- Utilize CRM for opportunity pipeline, activities, and backlog reporting
- Identify business opportunities by finding prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
- Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers by providing excellence in communication, support, information, and guidance.
- Establish new business: quote, follow up and promote all Power Systems West and Rehlko products and services.
- Deliver direct customer support: technical support, problem solving & resolution for all customer issues.
- Provide customers and employee assistance with product specifications, sizing, and application requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Inside Sales, Project Management, Service, and Parts teams staff in a team environment on estimates.
- Stay involved in projects and work directly with the Pm team to ensure customer is always taken care of.
The position requires:
- College Degree (Preferred), High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years work experience, especially with Outside Sales, Customer Service, Generator experience, Mechanical/Electrical, or Construction
- Ability to meet deadlines and make critical decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be available to travel and be away from home when needed.
- Ability to handle high stress situations.
- Ability to be responsible for large dollar decisions.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and have a company first mentality.
- Ability to work longer hours as needed when working on high priority projects
- Ability to meet deadlines and make critical decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

§ Salary: Salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 annual base salary, dependent upon experience, plus commission and auto allowance
§ Work Environment: Work from Aurora, CO office; most of the time will be spent with customers and jobsites in the CO market.
