What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all front and back-of-house food and beverage operations
• Collaborate with the Dietitian to ensure dietary standards and compliance
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control
• Lead, train, and support a high-performing culinary team
• Plan special events and ensure exceptional dining experiences
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree or certificate in food service or hospitality
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in food service
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A warm, resident-focused approach
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
