Description

 

The Project Lead will execute and coordinate the daily work activities for the project team. Serves as the staff liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Undertakes projects, data collections, manages project schedule/timelines, and prepares reports and presentations.

Performs duties related to programmatic, administrative, fiscal and quality aspects of a grant funded program. Responsible for patient and service data collection, entry, cleaning, uploading and analysis, using data tracking and monitoring applications. Gathers data and generates reports for a variety of department needs. Writes monthly and annual narrative program reports for grant funders. Assists with implementation of department related initiatives and programs. Recruits clinic patients and administers quality and customer satisfaction related surveys. Helps develop and implement quality management program. Collect, analyze and monitor quality data quarterly. Writes annual and quarterly quality improvement reports. Will be responsible for grant related purchasing, expense documentation, and budget tracking for non-salary spending. Planning team retreats and executing event logistics. Attends team meetings

 

Qualifications

 

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Required) 

Minimum Work Experience
4 years related program/project experience (Required)

  • Coordinate projects by assigning jobs; monitor the activities and ensure timely completion of project.
  • Coordinate team meetings, and other meetings as needed.
  • Serve as primary contact for project, respective to assigned project.

  • Maintain a log or work performed; compile and analyze data.
  • Develop and assist in implementing creative solutions and initiates corrective action.
  • Communicates orally and in writing.
