Here’s what YOU get to do:

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

• Lead as a high-performing salesperson and attend key sales events.

• Implement marketing campaigns and promotions.

• Motivate the team to meet targets and uphold standards.

• Conduct monthly performance reviews and set individual goals.

• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment.

• Hire and train new staff, and organize training sessions.

• Manage staff schedules and time-off requests.

• Ensure excellent customer service and address concerns promptly.

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with procedures.

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company rules.

• Prepare weekly reports and communicate updates.

• Attend weekly store managers' meetings.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Sales-oriented, you have a perfect mastery of sales techniques.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Great rigor and heightened organizational skills.

• Mandatory English language proficiency, both oral and written.

• First experience in sales and commerce is mandatory.

• Autonomous and proactive profile.

Work schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 days/week

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
