About the Role

The Food Service Worker plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of food preparation and service within our facility located in Muskego-Norway High-32002. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation to provide a safe and pleasant dining experience for all patrons. The role requires effective communication skills to understand and follow instructions accurately, as well as to interact courteously with team members and customers. The Food Service Worker will contribute to the overall efficiency of the food service team by performing tasks such as food preparation, serving, and cleaning with attention to detail and care. Ultimately, this position supports the delivery of quality food service that meets health regulations and customer satisfaction goals.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established guidelines and portion sizes.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation and serving areas in compliance with health and safety standards.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while demonstrating manual dexterity.

Stand for extended periods while performing tasks such as food assembly, plating, and serving customers.

Communicate effectively in English to understand instructions and coordinate with team members.

Minimum Qualifications
