Title and Summary

Senior Analyst, Change Management

Job Summary:

As a Senior Analyst in Change Management and Enterprise Adoption, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives meet their objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage of workplace tools and technology. Your focus will be on the people side of change, preparing, supporting, and equipping employees to adopt and use changes in business processes, systems, and technology. You will also assist in the continuous learning and education efforts and training employees on new or enhanced technology to increase and enhance adoption and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Standards:

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities, leveraging tools and processes to support adoption of changes required by projects or initiatives

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders

Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications

Employee Experience:

Focus on enhancing the employee experience by ensuring smooth transitions during changes in processes, systems, and technology

Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction during change initiatives

Drive creation and adoption of design and experience patterns

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management efforts through surveys and feedback mechanisms

Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans

Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives, helping them fulfill the critical role of change management sponsor

Establish relationships and connections with business partners to establish consultative conversation and expand work tool adoption and usage

Continuous Learning and Education:

Assist with continuous learning and education initiatives for workspace tools, and training employees on new technology to increase adoption and satisfaction

Collaborate with other departments to ensure work tool materials are aligned with organizational goals and objectives

Partner with executive support team to ensure executive training is available

Qualifications:

Proven experience in change management and adoption, with a focus on employee experience.

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the enterprise.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience in designing and delivering training programs for new technology.

Prosci certification a plus.
