As an Operational Analyst you will help to continue to support the mission. You will utilize your 4+ years of experience to provide a wide range of subject matter support to the customer mission: analytical support necessary to generate due diligence packets, perform profile maintenance, conduct Information monitoring and analysis of consumer data portfolios, and public <span>record/business/credit</span> and Internet research.</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Conduct industry analysis using a variety of data sources to include (social media, Internet, Commercial and Open-Source Databases) to create products.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Gather, analyze, and evaluate data pertaining to operations, and organizations in support of force protection and identity data management efforts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Recommend mitigation efforts to identify vulnerabilities and risks.</span></p></li><li><p>Experience in conducting analyses and research and report results using tabular, pictorial, or graphical techniques.</p></li><li><p>Advanced understanding of the methods used by criminals to hide themselves on the Internet, how the criminals conduct online business and what are the various marketplaces and forums the cyber- criminals operate within.</p></li><li><p>Create intelligence and investigative reports which represent the steps taken, the data sources reviewed, and the conclusions drawn from the evaluation of the Internet information.</p></li><li><p>Experience in using technology solutions to actively search, analyze, and prioritize the various marketplaces and criminals to identify high value targets.</p></li><li><p><span>Identify communication links and associated networks, conducts development and provides recommendations in support of future technical collection and targeting efforts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform link analysis on new and existing networks in order to identify access vectors and vulnerabilities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate and collaborate with other disciplines and partner organizations to produce thorough and reliable products.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain an active understanding of relevant technologies and services while being prepared to include emerging tools and procedures as necessary.</span></p></li><li><p><span>The analyst will have an opportunity to support additional duties beyond the prescribed functions becoming integrated and trained to support and compliment operational execution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>May assist in preparing assessment of current threats and trends based on the research and analysis of intelligence data.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience at a command or DoW agency preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work independently and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, coordinate participation and input in the development of global plans.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Performs additional duties as assigned.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participates in special projects as required.</span></p></li><li><p><span>May develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>The analyst will have an opportunity to support additional duties beyond the prescribed functions becoming integrated and trained to support and compliment operational execution.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with data providers, data flow, data analytics and assessments, operational risk assessments, threats and threat mitigation strategies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with knowledge management, legal implications of identity data and US policy in conducting offensive and defensive cyber operations.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT</b></p><p>As an <span>Operations Analyst Tech</span>, the work you’ll do at ARMA will be impactful to the mission of the customer.
